The Property Manager has discretion in allowing pets. A special pet agreement must be signed in advance and followed, along with pet fees and deposits.

• Pets allowed: Dogs and Cats
• Maximum number of pets per apartment: 2
• Pet age limit: Pets must be a minimum of 12 months old.
• Pet deposit and monthly pet fees are on a per-pet basis.
• Cats: $200 deposit, $25 pet rent
• Dogs: $400 deposit, $45 pet rent
• The breeds that we do not allow include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. We do not allow exotic pets such as: reptiles, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) and/or poisonous animals.
• Property Manager may require a pet interview.
